Terms of Service | B7r Ship

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern use of B7r Ship, a delivery product operated by Bahr Tech (بحر تك). Registering, accepting these Terms, or using the service forms an agreement with the operator for the applicable services. A separate signed commercial agreement overrides these Terms where it expressly differs.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the merchant or business.
Registration and order information must be accurate, current, and lawful.
You are responsible for credentials, authorized staff access, and activity under the account.
Tell support promptly if an account or phone number may be compromised.

3. Orders and recipient information

Merchants must provide complete pickup, recipient, address, contact, value, and handling information and have authority to share recipient data for delivery. B7r Ship may reject, pause, or request correction of incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, or out-of-coverage orders.

4. Prohibited and restricted items

Do not submit illegal, dangerous, explosive, stolen, counterfeit, perishable without agreed handling, or otherwise restricted items. The merchant remains responsible for permits, packaging, labeling, contents, and any damage caused by inaccurate disclosure or inadequate packaging.

5. Coverage, timing, and delivery attempts

Coverage and availability are shown in the product or confirmed by operations. Pickup and delivery times are estimates affected by traffic, recipient availability, weather, safety, and order details. A failed attempt, changed address, return, waiting time, or re-delivery may create additional fees when displayed or agreed.

6. Fees, COD, wallet, and payment

Applicable delivery fees, adjustments, wallet entries, and payment options are displayed in the dashboard or agreed in writing. Merchants must review balances and report discrepancies promptly. Cash-on-delivery amounts are recorded against the order and reconciled through the available wallet and settlement process. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

7. Cancellation, rejection, and returns

Cancellation availability and charges depend on the order stage and work already performed. Orders may be rejected or returned when delivery is unsafe, prohibited, inaccurate, refused, unreachable, or repeatedly unsuccessful. Support will use order history and available evidence to review disputes.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, impersonate others, probe security, interfere with service, scrape protected data, or use the platform for fraud or harassment.
Do not upload malicious content or attempt to bypass fees, verification, roles, or operational controls.
Webhook and API credentials must be protected and used only for the registered merchant's legitimate operations.

9. Data and privacy

The Privacy Policy explains our processing. Merchants remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of customer data they enter. Each party must protect confidential information and use it only for the delivery relationship and legal obligations.

10. Availability, suspension, and termination

The service may be changed, paused, or unavailable for maintenance, safety, incidents, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We may restrict or suspend accounts for non-payment, risk, unlawful activity, repeated misuse, or material breach. Outstanding balances and obligations survive termination.

11. Intellectual property and liability

B7r Ship software, branding, interfaces, and content belong to Bahr Tech or its licensors. The service is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees beyond mandatory law or a signed agreement. Liability exclusions and caps are subject to applicable Egyptian law and any controlling written commercial agreement.

12. Changes, law, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms and will publish the current version and effective date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are handled by the competent Egyptian courts unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
