Request account deletion
A truthful support-assisted process for merchants and drivers who want to close a B7r Ship account.
Deletion is support-assisted. B7r Ship does not currently claim an automated in-app deletion workflow or a fixed completion time.
How to submit a request
- Email info@bahrtech.net from the phone number or email associated with the account where possible.
- Use the subject “B7r Ship account deletion request.”
- Include your full name, account phone number, role (merchant or driver), and store name if applicable.
- Do not send passwords, OTP codes, payment credentials, or customer order details by email or WhatsApp.
Verification and review
Support will verify ownership before changing or deleting an account. We then review active orders, wallet balances, unsettled COD, disputes, security records, contractual requirements, and legal or accounting retention obligations. You will receive written confirmation describing what can be deleted, what must be retained, and the expected processing timeline.
Before requesting deletion
- Complete or resolve active deliveries and support disputes.
- Reconcile wallet, collection, fee, and payment balances.
- Export any records you are legally entitled to keep.
- Transfer store responsibilities if other authorized staff depend on the account.
Records that may need to remain
Transaction, settlement, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and contractual records may be retained when required by law or legitimate operational obligations. Access is restricted and the records are not reused for unrelated marketing. Backups expire through the normal protected backup lifecycle.
